All District personnel must establish a place of Residence for a minimum of 90 days prior to their application date, within the District's service area boundaries and remain in within the bounderies for the duration of their employment with the District.

The Morgan County Office of Emergency Management has changed the vendor that ALL Morgan County emergency services will utilize to do Emergency and Community Notifications. We have changed from our previous vendor “Hyper-Reach” to Code Red.
